Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor & Owner
Alanna Hickey

Bachelor Health Sciences & Masters of Physiotherapy

Alanna has worked predominantly on the Mornington Peninsula as a Physiotherapist since 2016 in a large multi-disciplinary private practice clinic. She recently made the move to regional Victoria, to be closer to her family and enjoy the beautiful region.

Alanna has a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Physiotherapy Degree, obtained from La Trobe University, and has worked with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions since graduating. She has a keen interest in running related lower limb injuries, low back and neck pain and pregnancy and post-natal physiotherapy. She has also worked as a head physiotherapist for a local Men’s and Women’s football team on the Mornington Peninsula.

Some of the further qualifications Alanna has received include (but are not limited to):

  • DMA clinical pilates

  • Dry needling

  • Running athlete assessment and treatment

  • Sporting hip & groin

  • Continence and women’s health

Alanna has a passion for ongoing professional development to ensure that her treatment remains up to date and evidence based. This is to ensure all of her clients will have access to the most effective and efficient treatment modalities.

Alanna also is currently researching overuse, running related, lower limb injuries with La Trobe University.

In her personal life Alanna is a big Western Bulldogs fan, and enjoys keeping active with her family and pets!

Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor

Roshi Saini

Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science & Doctor of Physiotherapy.

Roshi, a Korumburra local, earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in 2024.

Her diverse physiotherapy experience spans both private and hospital settings, gained through various placements and internships.

Roshi has worked with multiple VAFA teams, most recently with the Melbourne University Blacks in the William Buck Premier Men’s Division.

In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Roshi holds certifications as a clinical Pilates instructor and a sports trainer.

She is passionate about sports and dedicated to optimizing function across different age groups, aligning with each individual’s specific goals. Roshi aims to assist patients in achieving these goals by combining traditional strength and conditioning, Pilates, and manual techniques

When not at the clinic, you can find Roshi at the gym or enjoying a beautiful South Gippsland sunset.

Exercise Physiologist & Clinical Pilates Instructor

Bethany Barrett

Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science & Masters of Exercise Physiology

Beth graduated Exercise Physiology at Deakin University in 2021 and since then she has worked in

multiple private practice clinics around Melbourne seeing a wide variety of clients. Beth has

experience treating clients for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and injury prevention, athletic

development, strength and conditioning, neurological and metabolic conditions. Beth is passionate

about assisting clients reach there goals through exercise whether that be in the gym, on the

reformer or out on the sporting field.

In her spare time Beth enjoys swimming, and running and has competed in both at an international

level. She also loves spending time at the beach with friends.

Katie Bryan - Receptionist

I'm Katie, the friendly face behind the desk.

With several years of experience in the health industry,  I assist our amazing Allied Health professionals at KPPC manage scheduling, records, and billing.  

My main aim is to make a warm and welcoming environment for our clients. I'm here to ensure your visit is comfortable and efficient.

 Outside of work here at KPPC,  I love live music, exploring our beautiful Gippsland region, candle making and painting.
