  • In these sessions you can expect an in depth assessment of your injury and history, treatment (massage, needling, taping, education, exercise prescription) and an individualised treatment plan will be developed.

    Your physiotherapist may also refer you for imaging (x-ray, MRI, ultrasound).

Private Exercise Physiology

  • Initial assessment with your exercise physiologist to discuss and assess your health history and develop a plan to ensure you reach your desired outcomes.

    Initial appointments generally include discussing all relevant health history and liaising with other members of your healthcare team. Functional measures such as strength, mobility, aerobic capacity and balance, may be taken.
    Finally a detailed plan will be developed to assist you with attaining your goals.

  • 30 minute follow up session with Exercise Physiologist to complete your exercise/rehabilitation plan

    Your Exercise physiologist will advise you what length session is required to achieve your desired outcomes

  • 45 minute follow up session with Exercise Physiologist to complete your exercise/rehabilitation plan.

    Your Exercise physiologist will advise you what length session is required to achieve your desired outcomes

  • Double session your exercise physiologist to complete your exercise/rehabilitation plan.

Pilates/Clinical Exercise Services

  • ALL CLIENTS MUST complete this prior to commencing either group clinical exercise classes or 1:1 clinical exercise/pilates sessions.

    This is undertaken by a physiotherapist or an Exercise Physiologist. In this session expect a thorough examination of your medical history and assessment of your physical function.

    The Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist will also commence building the framework of your rehabilitation plan; matched specifically to your assessment results and your goals.

  • Extended 45minute session- 1:1 with a physiotherapist or exercise Physiologist in our clinical exercise studio.

    This can be used following your initial physiotherapy or initial clinical exercise/pilates assessment for a closely monitored 1:1 rehabilitation session.

    This is ideal for those who require a more focused 1:1 session; such as your initial few exercise/pilates sessions post surgery or when recovering from a more complex injury.

  • 5:1 Clinical exercise/pilates class

    Note- YOU MUST COMPLETE an initial clinical exercise/pilates assessment prior to joining this class!

    Please note some classes are taken by a Physiotherapist and others by an Exercise Physiologist. Please confirm with your eligibility to claim through your private health insurance.

    Note with packages - at the completion of your package you will receive an emailed or printed receipt which you can send to your private health fund to claim your rebate.

Compensable Patients

  • These are physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology sessions that are claimed through Medicare. You will need a referral from your GP for these plans.

    We charge a small $15 gap fee on this service - to be paid on the day.

  • Physiotherapy appointments for TAC/Workcover patients.


    Please note Compensable patients must provide their claim numbers and notice of approval of services must be confirmed prior to booking.

    If there is no preapproval, the account must be paid in full by the patient on the day and rebate can be claimed independently.

  • Physiotherapy or exercise physiology appointments for NDIS patients. Duration of these appointments vary from 30minutes to 1 hour dependent on patient requirements.
